Where is my order? Have you placed an order but feel that it is delayed? This can depend on several things, for example temporarily out of stock and must be ordered from supplier, this may take up to 10 days extra. If delivery is too long for theses products, your order may be split and items in stock will be sent. The remaining products will be sent uppon delivery to the company at no extra charge to you. At certain times such as holidays or when certain bargain campaigns apply there might be a delay in delivery. You may always email order@grandprixuk.co.uk
Unclaimed packages & binding orders & cancelations Grand Prix reserves the right to charge the customer a fee for all unclaimed packages, this includes the cost of shipping to the customer and return shipping, and any service costs.
All orders are binding. If you have you placed an order with Grand Prix / www.GrandPrixUK.co.uk and decide not to carry out the purchase, we have the right to charge a cancellation fee of 10% of the purchase price. This is to cover the costs we have for processing an order.
Cancellation must be made within 24 hours, or until the order is processed. Cancellation is done by email to order@grandprixuk.co.uk enter your Order ID, confirmation will be returned at the designated address contained in the order.
We reserve the right to make changes in design and performance of products and packaging. Also note thet artwork from the suppliers sometimes can be misleading and that we can not take responsibility for where we are using the images assigned to us.
